The last day to register to vote is June 16th.
If not, there’s still time to register to vote for the July 7th Primary if you are:
- A United States citizen
- At least 17 years old, though you may not vote until you have reached the age of 18
- A resident of the county for 30 days before the election
- A person not serving a sentence of incarceration as the result of a conviction of any indictable offense under the laws of this or another state or of the United States.
If you are an active Registered Democrat or Republican, you should get a prepaid Mail-in Ballot in your mailbox.
If you are an Inactive registered Democrat or Republican, you will get a postage-paid APPLICATION to Vote By Mail mailed to you.
If you are an active or inactive registered Unaffiliated voter, will get a postage-paid APPLICATION to Vote By Mail mailed to you.

WHEN can you expect your Mail-in Ballot? This week or next. As always, call your County Clerk and ask the latest status.
WHERE are the secure ballot drop boxes? They will be certified by the Secretary of State by June 15th so the locations will be listed on your County Board of Elections website.
WHERE are the polling stations if I want to vote in person? They will ALSO be certified by the Secretary of State by June 15th so the locations will be listed on your County Board of Elections website.
*If you vote in person, you will vote using a PROVISIONAL BALLOT (a paper ballot that is the same or similar to your Mail-in Ballot). ONLY voters with disabilities will be able to vote using an ADA-compliant voting machine.
What is the DEADLINE to mail in my VBM ballot? It must be postmarked by July 7th and received by your county Board of Elections by 8pm, July 14th.
